Sorry, I've been neglecting my dA page for far too long. Lots of busy stuff lately. Here's the scoop:
We recently put a bigger, high quality version of our short film Hello Frankenstein on Youtube. You can see it at this link: Little Green Dog Movies</u>.
While you're there, please rate the movie and subscribe to our channel. Thanks!
If you didn't already know, Hello Frankenstein first appeared at Gothtober, a terrific annual Halloween themed art exhibition. That was four years ago, and now Sergeant and Toullie return to Gothtober with Episode 35 - 'Drive-in Movie'. To read this comic strip, go to www.gothtober.com and click on the number 8. And bring your 3D glasses (the red and cyan kind.) You're going to need them because this comic strip was drawn using stereoscopic techniques.
While you're there, be sure to check out some horrific treats by other Gothtober artists...if you dare! We especially like number 12, 'Hel'. It's a sweet yarn featuring animated crochet critters. (Ugh! Did I really write that.)
In Brudders news, I finished writing a huge batch of scripts that will carry the comic strip well into next year. Now I just have to draw them.
I'm way behind in posting Brudders strips here. I'll try to catch up on that this weekend. If you can't wait, you can read up to the latest at the Little Green Dog website.
We've also done a lot of work on the Little Green Dog website. It's easier to browse now and it looks better too, so please drop in for a visit.
As for new artwork and this dA page, I'm finally back to drawing and painting new stuff and will start posting again very soon.
Finally, we've been experimenting with a low cost motion capture system for a future series. More on what we have in mind later.

Time To Catch Up
Based on my dA activity, it may look like I haven't been busy, but if you've been visiting the the Little Green Dog website, then you know a lot of stuff has happened since my last journal entry.
First, I'm waaaaay behind in posting Brudders to this dA page. My last dA post was episode #32, but I'm actually up to #47 now. I'll start uploading all the 'missing' Brudders strips this week.
Second, check out Studio Sessions: Drawing Brudders on a Tablet PC, my drawing video on YouTube featuring Brudders. The video shows how I use my HP tm2 tablet PC with Manga Studio 4 EX to create a typical episode of Brudders.
We've also been experimenting w
I have time to paint? Really?
Ahh! The project from hell, as we so lovingly refer to it at work, seems to be drawing to a close. Well, we hope so anyway. I can't talk about the details in public of course, but I can say it has not been one of our more pleasant work experiences. Oh well, this week we started a new project that should be fun to work on, and it's for sane clients who actually want us to create our best work for them. Imagine that!
So what does this mean for my personal dA page? It should mean I'll have time to create personal paintings and comics again. Well, as soon as I get over this stupid cold. Ah-choo!
First sign this is happening: Lately, I've been a
Is it February already?
Man, time sure flies when you're in a perpetual daze caused by sleep deprivation. (If you live with a toddler, you know what I'm talking about.)
This week Sergeant Marshmallow and Toullie celebrate Black History Month. I think next week I'm going to draw a new Streams, which you'll be able to read at the Little Green Dog website. Brudders will be back the week after that.
When I'm not working, or working, or playing with the baby, or working, I'm watching a quirky Japanese show called Galileo, which is sort of a cross between CSI and a school drama. It's silly at times but I'm enjoying it. My wife dropped out after the first episode; I thin
Inauguration dAy
Finally, it's Inauguration Day! To honor this event I drew a special episode of Brudders called (what else?) Inauguration Day. Does this mean Brudders is going political? You gotta be kidding me.
By the way, if you're on Facebook, you can become a fan of Brudders by going here.
Oh, and I finally finished drawing Episode 5 of Streams, which you can read at the Little Green Dog website. It continues from Episode 4, so if you haven't already done so, you'll want to read that one first.
